What are your payment methods?
The following are our convenient payment methods.
Once payment is made, please scan or take a screenshot of the deposit slip or remittance slip and email it to cubithost (@) gmail.com for processing. Please give us 12 – 24 hours to process your hosting account.
Orders made via PayPal are automatically processed once payment is done.
Why is it that all your web and email hosting plans are in yearly billing cycle?
We assume that when a client signs up with our web services he is serious with his online business and plans to stay with us for at least a year. We offer a free cloud hosting plan for individuals to test whether our web services is a good fit for their business or not.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. On a case to case basis. This means we just can’t give you refund because you asked for it. We need to see if the problem is on our side (server issue) and all solutions has been applied before we do the refund.
How secure are my personal information if I choose to register in one of your web services?
Our website is installed with a 256-bit encryption SSL certificate. All communications between the website visitor’s computer and our server are encrypted. So your personal information such as your name, address, email address, telephone and other cannot be seen while in transit from your computer until it reaches to the server.
Where are you servers located?
Our VPS servers are located in Linode’s Tokyo, Japan datacenter. We choose the Japan datacenter because most of our clients are in the Philippines. One big benefit is that the server is closer to our clients. This means the latency rate is less thus providing a faster throughput when accessing websites. Your websites loads faster compared to web host whose servers are located in other continents.

Where is your office located?
The reason our web services are very affordable compared to our competitors is that we don’t have overhead expenses like renting a physical office. We operate virtually. Our support staff works in the comfort in their own homes.

Are all you web hosting plans served in the cloud?
Yes, all our web hosting plans are VPS cloud based.
Do you offer shared hosting?
No, currently all our web hosting plans are VPS cloud based.
Do you offer free Web Hosting?
We offer free web hosting through our Free Cloud Plan. Individuals or businesses get to try our web hosting before buying a paid web hosting plan. Some software add-ons like Softaculous are not available in the Free Hosting account.
Please note that a valid domain name is required. You can however register a domain name during the ordering process. If you have a pre-registered domain name, you can specify it in the order screen.
Free hosting will be cancelled if your domain is not pointing to our nameservers (i.e. atche.cubithost.com.ph / aya.cubithost.com.ph) after ordering the hosting service. In case your site is live, please contact us immediately at email@example.com

Why are you offering a free web hosting?
We would like our clients to test our cloud hosting service first before buying a paid hosting plan. Free hosting account is no longer provided.
Do you offer support for applications such as WordPress, Drupal etc. other than web hosting accounts?
We only support and troubleshoot your hosting account. For support, please create a ticket via your login username and password that comes with your hosting account.
How is your email hosting different compared to free web mail providers like Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail?
Our email hosting service is advertisement free. It is intended for individuals and businesses who wanted to use their personal or business name as domains to personalised their email address. One perfect example of that is our domain name (cubithost.ph). By having a domain name, I can create a personalised email accounts for my staff like firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and so on and so forth.
Can I send mass emails using your email hosting plans?
Depending on the email hosting plan you subscribe, you can send up to 500 emails per hour. Please note that our email hosting plans are not intended for use to send un-solicited emails or commonly know as spam emails. Please see our Terms of Service.
What exactly do you mean by free domain name registration, transfer and renewal?
It means what it means. As in Free. All our cloud and email hosting plans comes with free domain name registration. After one year when it expires, we will renew it for free as long as your website is still hosted with us.
When you decide to migrate your website and you decide to transfer your domain registration to us, it is free as well.
What if I already have a domain name registered and I only wanted to avail a cloud hosting plan?
Good for you. In this case, we are offering a 2 months free extension to the cloud hosting plan that you will order as a discount.
What if I only wanted to register a domain name?
We register the following generic top level domains (gTLD). To order, just go to Client Area located at the upper left corner of the screen.
We also register Philippine country code top level domains (ccTLD). We are an accredited dot.ph registrar. To order, please contact us so we can check if the domain you want to register is still available or not.
